Word Collections – Word Performances

  • Invite students to review the WC and to find a word they know.
  • Give students 30 seconds to think of a short performance that involves the word.
  • Invite students to perform. ¬†After each performance, allow others to guess which word was included in the performance.
  • Why did you guess_________?
  • What is _________?
  • Use the definitions provided by students to create a mini-glossary.
